2. Products & Made-to-Order Policy

All items are made to order.

Because each product is produced individually:

• Slight variations in color may occur due to screen differences.

• Print placement may vary slightly depending on garment size.

• Production begins shortly after order confirmation.

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Production & Shipping

Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing

• Weather conditions

• High seasonal demand

AnimeCulture is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

In general:

• Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Photo evidence may be required for claims.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect size selection.

6. Custom Design Orders

By submitting artwork for custom products, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the submitted content, or

• You have permission to use the design.

AnimeCulture is not responsible for copyright violations submitted by customers.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate intellectual property laws or contain inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, branding elements, and website content are the intellectual property of AnimeCulture.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

AnimeCulture shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Loss resulting from misuse of products

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of operation.

International customers agree that disputes will be handled under these governing laws.
