Returns & Refunds policy

At AnimeCulture, all products are custom-made and printed on demand. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom-Made Products (No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse)

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Preference for a different design, color, or style

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide and product details before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide

• Your order number

• Clear photographs showing the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is confirmed as lost in transit after carrier investigation, we will provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are not grounds for automatic refunds.

Refund Method & Processing Time

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of fulfillment error

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

If your item is eligible due to damage or error, a replacement will be issued.
For size or design changes, a new order must be placed.

Original Artwork Disclosure

All AnimeCulture products feature original, anime-inspired artwork.
We do not use copyrighted characters, names, or franchises.
