Production & Processing Time

All AnimeCulture products are made to order. Orders enter production after payment is successfully processed.

• Production time: 2–5 business days

• Production does not occur on weekends or major holidays

• Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after production is completed.

United States

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Orders

• Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges & Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.

California residents may see applicable sales tax calculated at checkout in accordance with state tax requirements.

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Delivery timelines shown on this website are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

• If an order is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe, customers may contact us for support or resolution options.

• Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order leaves production.

Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

AnimeCulture is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Packages delayed due to address errors

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

AnimeCulture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
